Prudential Gateway to Santa Fe

Santa Fe Journal, March 30, 2010

Ah, the transition from winter to spring, filled with the ironic beauty  of change.  Our gate at the Prudential Office on Guadalupe Street  caught  the thawing of snow from the rooftop and the freezing of the water as it fell onto the cold wrought iron.    What a perfect Spring moment, capturing the beauty of both seasons in our passageway.  I want to share this moment in beautiful Santa Fe, and remind you that your moments here await

I can be the gate to your passage into your home in Santa Fe, as your Santa Fe Real Estate Connection.  And I am also your source for figuring out comparable values in the neighborhood where you live.  My search engine here on the right side of my page takes you to criteria which determine what you seek.  It’s complete, it’s here at your fingertips so you can find your answers.  If there are questions you need answers to, I am always available by email:  tmonahan@prusantafe.com  or my cell phone:  505-690-1123.

Santa Fe Spring Robins

by Tess Monahan on March 18, 2010

Journal Entry for March 18, 2010

From the depths of winter, the robins bring the promise of spring!  In between these powerful February and March snowstorms here in Santa Fe, the days are warm, snow rapidly melting into soft soil.  And now we have big flocks of inquisitive robins, clustered in the cottonwood tops, surveying the realm, sweeping onto yards and listening for worms.  It won’t be long, and we will be turning that soil and bringing those worms close to the surface for our harbingers of new life!

Now is the time to fill the bird feeders, sweep the remnants of the last storm from the walk and to plan the garden.   I can help find the home where you can welcome the change of the season.

Prices have decreased dramatically over the last year.  Interest rates have never been this low:  4.5%.  And we have the government subsidy of $8000 for first time homebuyers and $6500 for those of us who have purchased before.  Spring’s Robin is opportunity for Santa Fe real estate buyers.  Let me find your home for you!
